Kim Delaney was born on November 29, 1961 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Kim began her modeling career while in high school. She was a highly in demand
teen model, but moved to New York after graduation to study acting. She earned
her first role playing Jenny Gardner in "All My Children".
Kim Delaney has received numerous award nominations, even winning an Emmy for
her role in "NYPD Blue".
She has continued to star in both television and theater, as well as starring in
Brian De Palma's "Mission To Mars" (2000).
In 2002 Kim Delaney was arrested for drunk driving in Malibu, California. As a
result, she was given a $300 fine, two years probation and ordered to attend a
safe driving class.
